No. The Explora plan is free and asks for no card: 20 credentials a year and 2 badges, enough to try with a real cohort. A card only comes up when you decide to subscribe.

Yes, with a CSV file, from the Educador plan. When you upload it we tell you how many will go out, who was skipped and why, before anything is issued. If someone already held that credential, we report it and you decide whether to reissue.

Only one stays valid: the most recent. On reissue, earlier ones of the same type are revoked automatically. It is the rule that stops someone showing three active versions of the same diploma.

Yes. When you design the badge you decide whether it expires and after how long. We warn you before they expire, and the holders get warned too.

The Expirations panel shows everything coming due and renews in bulk, without re-uploading data. Bulk cycle renewal is available from the Institución plan.

A credential needs an identifiable recipient, so email is required. For large in-person handouts — a conference, say — there is the event flow with a code and QR, where each person enters their own email when claiming.

Yes, at any time, from the person's profile. Revocation is immediate: anyone checking the credential sees it is no longer valid, with the date it stopped being so.

You reissue with the correct data. The previous version is revoked automatically and the new one becomes the valid one. A signed credential is never edited: doing so would break the signature, which is exactly what gives it value.

Yes. And if another of the same type was issued to that person in the meantime, restoring the earlier one revokes the newer one, so there is always exactly one valid.

The page still loads, clearly marked as revoked and dated. Nothing is deleted or hidden: the record is part of the trust. An employer verifying a revoked degree needs to know that, not hit a 404.

By opening its link, scanning the QR, or pasting the file into the verification page. In seconds they see who issued it, to whom, when, and whether it is still valid. No account, nothing to install.

By your institution. Signing up creates your own issuer identity (did:web) with isolated, encrypted keys. VeriCert is the infrastructure, never the issuer.

Every credential is signed twice, with two different methods: Data Integrity and VC-JWT. That way both modern verifiers and those that only understand the classic format can read it. It means your credential does not depend on the world agreeing on one format.

It fails verification. Changing a single character invalidates the signature, and the signature can only be produced with your institution's private keys, which are encrypted and never leave the system.

The attendance credential for a conference, workshop or fair. It is claimed by QR or at a kiosk, delivered instantly to hundreds of people, and costs far less than an achievement credential — because it certifies something different: being there, not learning.

No. They come from a separate bundle you buy on its own, and your plan also includes a few complimentary ones each year. A 3,000-person conference never touches your year's credentials.

Yes, but it is priced for what it is. Only templates marked as event certificates draw from the bundle; a diploma handed out through the event door uses your plan's credential allowance.

Your year starts the day you subscribe, not on January 1st. Pay yearly and you get the whole allowance on day one, with a 25% bonus over what twelve monthly batches would give. Pay monthly and you get your batch each month, and whatever you do not use rolls over within that year.

Educador $38/month or $380/year (10 a month or 150 a year). Academia $150 or $1,500 (50 or 750). Institución $420 or $4,200 (200 or 3,000). Red $1,500 or $15,000 (800 or 12,000). Paying yearly equals ten monthly payments: two months free, plus the allowance bonus.

Yearly, if you have visibility of your year: it costs less and gives you more credentials. Monthly exists for those just starting out or with spiky demand: come in, issue this month's, decide later.

Nothing stops. The credentials go out and the excess is billed at $4.50 each on your next invoice, up to 10% over your allowance. We will never be the reason a graduation halts.

No. Receiving, claiming, keeping and sharing your credential is free, forever. The institution that issues it is the one who pays.

Ask the institution to resend it: from their panel it is one click, and it arrives again at the same address.

They can revoke it if there was an error or the recognition stopped being valid. The page will still exist, marked as revoked. Nobody can erase the fact that it was issued.

Your credential keeps verifying for the guaranteed retention period of the plan they had: between 2 and 10 years, or perpetual from the Institución plan. And since the file is self-contained, you can keep a copy yourself.
