Our mission

To make credentialing work in any country, bringing together in one place everything it takes: the issuer identity, the design, the issuing, the wallets, the verification and the analytics. We believe in a future where learning never stops and credentials must be portable, verifiable and globally recognized.

We act as a neutral verification party: the issuer identity, the cryptographic keys and the data belong to each institution, not to us. VeriCert is the infrastructure, never the issuer.

What we stand for

The credential belongs to its holderHolders keep it in their wallet, share it on LinkedIn and keep it even if they change institution or country.
The issuer is the institutionIts own did:web identity, isolated encrypted keys, and verification on its own domain. Our brand can disappear entirely.

What it is built on

Every credential is signed twice — an embedded Data Integrity proof (eddsa-rdfc-2022) and VC-JWT RS256 — so both standards validators and ecosystem wallets accept it. Revocation is published in a signed status list, and each institution's identity lives in its own did:web.
